As an HR professional, I’ve worked with many individuals on their resumes and job searches. Whether they’ve been referred to a role or are navigating job boards, one request comes up time and time again: help with their resume. With training in resume writing and years of supporting people in their job searches, I’ve helped many people transform their resumes into tools that open doors. 

While it can feel overwhelming at first, understanding what recruiters are looking for and how to present your experience effectively makes the process much simpler. I created this tool because I’m passionate about helping people succeed in their careers and take the right first steps. Hirelingo is designed to provide the same expert guidance I would offer in a one-on-one session, making it easier to take that next step with confidence.
